GROUP ACCOMMODATION WITH A DIFFERENCE

3 or 4 families, reunion groups, singles or couples are most welcome to stay in this very spacious house.


However, with enough beds and adjoining ensuites (including a bath) to comfortably sleep and shower 16-18 people its the perfect holiday place for large family or friendship groups.


The large living areas include plenty of seating and sofas in the lounge room and private reading/tv rooms (2 large screen tvs). A billiard room, large dining room, kitchen, laundry all have space to move.

FEATURES
The main feature is the gorgeous undercover outdoor courtyard/eating garden area with massive dining table and backyard gardens with old (vacant now) chook pen offer the cosiness of a country home with the space for all to enjoy.

Enjoy the bird song and fresh lemons on the lime tree in the backyard. Light the outdoor campfire in the central courtyard area which is a beautiful way to see out a long lunch or dinner. Feel free to read a book from the 2 book shelves or have a game of darts or billiards in the cosy recreation/ living space. NBN Wifi throughout. A stereo that plays in courtyard and inside with Dolly Kenny and all the classics like George Jones and Gaga.

PARTIES
We welcome parties as long as you respect our home and neighbours and leave it as you found it.
Any damage will be billed to guests to avoid police action.

NOTE :
This is an authentic country holiday home; a little rough around the edges, (don't expect modern decor and shiny surfaces) but it has been renovated and is extremely comfy, spacious and loved by the owners.

It’s a pet friendly house (often home to our family parrot and Golden Retriever!). The property is gated for security. You'II love the billiard table, dart board, old country feel with a hearty Coonara wood fire and kindling/wood in the backyard. Feel free to use basic condiments in the pantry. Mathoura General Store across the street.

CANCELLATION POLICY
  • CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED OUTSIDE OF 28 DAYS of arrival will receive refund of 50% of the full tariff.
  • ​CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 28 DAYS NOTICE will forfeit full payment.
