A beautiful, 2 bedroom stable conversion, originally occupied by town mayor & auctioneer, Caleb Vines after
previous use by town founder, Henry Hopwood who had a slab inn and stable for his horses.
​The apartment was re-envisaged in 2024 by man of the axe, Barry Donchi.

From each bedroom window, overlook the Port of Echuca’s stately architecture which sits between the two rivers on Hopwood Lane.

The building is adjacent to The Gin Distillery and three restaurants and seconds walk to the Echuca Chocolate Company, Foundry Art Space, Murray River Paddlesteamers, bush trails, handsome boutiques, bakeries, bars, cafes, parlours, light works and salons.
